Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Some items are not eligible for refund and or return. These items will be labelled as such on their product page however this is subject to change without notice.
Items that are received nonfunctional due to manufacturing defects or are damaged during shipping are eligible for a full refund on the successful return of the damaged goods.
Qualifying items damaged by the user or else may be returned to us for a full or partial refund at the expense of the buyer.
We will not refund:
- Item(s) delivered in perfect condition but colors not matching the buyers’ expectations.
- Item(s) not in original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Item(s) that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Items(s) returned to us without proper return verification from us beforehand.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. In those instances, we will provide you with the part(s) required with proper proof of the issue.
Shipping returns
To return your product, please contact monthlymania@outlook.com for support on the return process.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Qualifying returns will have the cost of shipping refunded at our rate.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
